SBB sells a development property for approximately SEK 55 million to Järngrinden

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has sold a property in Borås for an agreed property value of approximately SEK 55 million to the property company Järngrinden. The property being sold is a development property / building rights.
