SBB sells a property to Alecta for SEK 460m

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) sells the property Mimer 7 in Stockholm to Alecta for SEK 460m, corresponding to a square meter price of SEK 67,597. The property contains 6,805 square meters of premises with a rental income of SEK 14.6m and an estimated net operating income of SEK 13.7m. The closing will take place on 31 March 2020.

“SBB announces the first sale of the planned SEK 11bn disposal, six weeks post the offer period for Hemfosa shares having expired. We continue to prepare the company for a BBB+ rating by continuing to focus on the ownership of community service properties with long leases in the Nordics and rent regulated residentials in Sweden,” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and Founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
