SBB sells an office property in Umeå for SEK 300 million

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is selling the property Höder 7 in Umeå for SEK 300 million, which is in line with the latest external valuation. The property has a lettable area of ​​approximately 10,500 sqm. Total rental income for 2022 amounts to SEK 18,870,000.

"SBB is divesting non-core holdings in line with our strategy to streamline our property portfolio and further strengthen our balance sheet," comments Oscar Lekander, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.

The deal has been signed and closing will take place on 1 September, 2022.
