SBB sells office and industrial properties in Halmstad and Landskrona for SEK 436 million

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is selling six properties in Halmstad and Landskrona to Fastighetstaden i Halmstad AB and Doxa Aktiebolag. The portfolio comprises office and industrial properties with a mix of private and public tenants and has a total lettable area of ​​approximately 26,000 sq.m.

The deal has been signed and closing will take place before the end of June 2022.
