SBB sells to municipality-owned Lejonfastigheter for SEK 400m

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") has today sold eight properties in Linköping to municipality-owned Lejonfastigheter.

Leiv Synnes, CEO SBB: "Our relations with Nordic municipalities are of the utmost importance and we have said that we are open to dialogues with municipalities that want to acquire properties and where the municipality can act quickly. This is our second municipal deal during the second quarter and we have several dialogues with Swedish municipalities about further deals."

SBB intends to use the net proceeds from the transaction to strengthen the company's liquidity and financial position.
