SBB strengthens its property management organisation through specialisation in community service properties and residentials

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) strengthens its property management by creating a specialised organisation for community service properties and residentials respectively. Annika Ekström, who was previously Head of Asset Management at Hemfosa, has been appointed as Head of Asset Management for Community Service Properties. Fredrik Holm becomes Head of Asset Management for Residentials. Both are part of the SBB executive management team.

SBB’s management team therefore comprises the following members:
