SBB takes in Industricentralen as a 49 percent shareholder in a subsidiary that will own approx. 38.6 million Heba B shares - Industricentralen pays SEK 680m for the shares
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") sells 38,548,723 shares in Heba to a newly formed company with Industricentralen as a 49 percent shareholder. The price of the shares is set at SEK 36 per share, which is 14.3 percent higher than at the end of the third quarter. Industricentralen pays SEK 680m for 49 percent of the shares in the company. Under certain conditions linked to the share price development in Heba, SBB can receive an additional purchase price.
