Share purchase agreement (SPA) signed between SBB and the municipal company Kalmar Kommunbolag AB for the acquisition of KIFAB i Kalmar AB and HB Telemarken for SEK 2,673m

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires 24 properties from Kalmar Kommunbolag AB. The property portfolio consists of a total lettable area of ​​approximately 136,000 sq.m. and rental income in the 2022 level amounts to approximately SEK 158m.

Completion of the transaction with or without HB Telemarken requires the approval of Kalmar's City Council, which is expected to take place in February 2022.
