More possibilities with SAPA’s new façade TENTAL

We are launching a new aluminium façade system that creates more opportunities, with a smaller carbon footprint. The launch will take place in several stages during 2024, and the various stages will include, among other things, prefabrication and also increased performance for fire. We use Hydro CIRCAL 75R as standard in all our systems, which reduces climate impact without compromising on quality. This also means that 75% of the façade consists of recycled aluminium, and 95% of the material in the façade is recyclable. With our preparation program TechDesign it´s possible to create dynamic EPDs for each project. We are also launching a digital ID that will enable access to transparent information on the entire life cycle and maintenance of the façade.

TENTAL 50 MT and 60 MT offers a comprehensive range of solutions for facades, where the possibility of great creative freedom without compromising on quality or sustainability has been of utmost importance.

TENTAL 50 MT and 60 MT creates possibilities for large, glazed surfaces. This makes it possible to create discreet sightlines and a sense of openness, allowing large amounts of light to enter and create an inviting and airy feel.

With a wide range of decorative profiles, there are great opportunities to customize the exterior to create a stylish look. TENTAL 50 MT and 60 MT is verified according to EN standards and achieves high levels in both weather and thermal performance.

Mullion and transom profiles in TENTAL 50 MT and 60 MT allows the same system to be used for both the façade and the glass roof, contributing to more efficient manufacturing.

Less impact

The use of Hydro CIRCAL, a material recycled with at least 75% aluminum, creates the conditions for a circular architecture. There are other components that make the building system circular: in addition to the aluminum, the insulating panels used in the façade are also recycled. These are produced from recycled xPET, which means that ordinary bottles can be turned into an important component of a facade.

TENTAL 50 MT and 60 MT takes the whole life cycle into account and has been developed with a circular focus. Further contributing to the product's sustainability is its demountability and thus its recyclability.
