    The brief was to transform the former supermarket into a modern and welcoming shopping centre that would bring vibrancy to the quarter and the town as a whole. The Galleria Gallionen project in Uddevalla involved many different aspects, from restoration to commercial values and urban planning. By carefully converting the building into a more contemporary commercial centre by using large areas of glazing, the site has gained a new lease of life and a totally new appearance.     “New” Olav Kyrres Gate 22 symbolizes a new age

    When Olav Kyrres Gate 22 was in need of renovation there was a clear desire to do this sympathetically. Some parts of the building had to be preserved, while new elements such as a glazed facade would enhance the project. The result was a more open and welcoming space that also reflects a lot of history. Sapa supplied the glazed roof and facade for the project through the fabricator, Time Aluminium AS. Bergen, or “The Heart of the Fjords” as the city is also known, is the second-largest city in Norway. Despite this, many people describe the city as having the charm of a small town.

    Rånåsfoss power station, situated in the municipality of Nes, east of Viken in Norway, is a special building for several reasons. It tells a long history that visitors will soon be able to learn about at a museum in the same building.     Bergsjön Cultural Centre – a meeting place designed to inspire and encourage creativity

    Bergsjön Cultural Centre is a new place to meet in Gothenburg that puts the focus on social sustainability and integration. Here, residents are encouraged to get creative through a range of activities centring on culture. The architecture is imaginative and playful, and connects with its surroundings in inspiring ways. Large areas of exterior glazing open up the building and allow the creative interior to interact with the outdoor environment.     Comfort and wide views from a beautiful roof top can now be found at Lindeberghome in Oslo. An environmentally friendly BREEAM Excellent certified project, where it has succeeded in achieving zero fossil emissions during construction. This is largely due to the local energy wells on site. Likewise, this has meant that energy consumption has been extremely low and contributed to a more environmentally friendly place.
