Sardus begins repurchasing company shares

AB Sardus has begun the program of repurchasing company shares that was approved by the Annual General Meeting in April 2002. On October 22, 80,600 shares were acquired at a price of SEK 70.50 per share. Sardus' holding thereby amounts to 80,600 company shares. Not more than 10 percent – one million – of the number of company shares may be repurchased. The purpose of the program is to be able to continuously adapt the Company's capital structure to the Company's capital needs and to permit all or part of the financing in connection with the acquisition of companies. The total number of AB Sardus shares is 10 million.
