Sardus’ profit for the 2006 financial year totaled SEK 37 M (60), which is in line with the September estimate. Sardus issues SEK 100 M debenture loan

AB Sardus is floating a new debenture loan within a framework of SEK 250 M, of which SEK 100 M is being issued in the first tranche. The debenture loan is directed toward institutional investors and is being arranged by SEB Merchant Banking. AB Sardus has previously issued a debenture loan of SEK 150 M that matures in March 2007. Sardus Chark & Deli, a business unit in the listed Swedish food products group Sardus, is planning to move its production of ham products from Delikatess Skinkor AB in Hultsfred to Charkdelikatesser Produktion AB in Halmstad. Sardus to check refrigeration chain with help of intelligent label

Listed food-products group AB Sardus has initiated testing of an intelligent label for refrigerated goods that can reveal whether the refrigeration chain has been broken.
