Sardus Nominating Committee proposes election of two new members

The Sardus Nominating Committee will propose to the 2005 Annual General Meeting the new election of two members, Andreas Falkenmark, President of Observer Sverige, and Fredrik Svensson, President of Arvid Svensson Invest, as well as the reelection of Board members Elisabet Annell, Ulf Brasen, Raoul Hasselgren, Göran Havander, Rolf Lydahl, Bo Pettersson and Lisbeth Sachs. President Ragnar Bringert is resigning as an elected member of the Board, but will be a co-opted member as well as a reporter to the Board. The notification to attend the Annual General Meeting will be published on February 24. The outlook for 2005 will be presented in the Sardus interim report for the first quarter on April 19.
