August in brief * Passenger traffic (RPK) was up 7,0% in August. Overall capacity (ASK) was flat and passenger load factor increased by 4,6 p.u. * Trading conditions continued to improve in August with strong traffic growth and further improvements on capacity utilization. All route areas except Danish domestic showed stronger growth in Business * Class than in Economy Class. International routes were particularly strong with an increase in Business Class of 15%. * Intercontinental routes and European routes developed particularly strong, but also Intra-Scandinavian routes and Swedish domestic routes showed positive development. * Total passenger traffic (RPK) increased by 7,0% in August 2000 vs. 1999. * The number of passengers increased by 5,7%.
