Chairman and Vice Chairman of SAS Board of Directors elected The Board of Directors' constitution The new Board of Directors for SAS AB has decided to abolish the former procedure with a special presidium of Chairmen and instead only elect one Chairman and one Vice Chairman. The Board of Directors has elected Egil Myklebust as Chairman of the Board of Directors for SAS AB and Jacob Wallenberg as Vice Chairman.
