New Composition SAS Group Management As a consequence of the change in the SAS Group Management announced earlier today, the following new composition and distribution of responsibility becomes effective immediately. The Group Management comprises Jörgen Lindegaard, President and CEO, Marie Ehrling, appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy CEO Gunnar Reitan, CFO and Deputy CEO Bernhard Rikardsen, Senior Vice President Henry Sténson, Senior Vice President. Jointly, Jörgen Lindegaard, Marie Ehrling and Gunnar Reitan consitute SAS Group Executive Management. Marie Ehrling's current area of responsibility is expanded to include World Sales Marketing & Product Management Gunnar Reitan's area of responsibility is expanded to include Network Management Revenue Management The manager responsible for Alliances & Partnership Management will report to Jörgen Lindegaard Henry Sténson's area of responsibility is expanded to include Brand Management Customer Relations Bernhard Rikardsen's area of responsibility is expanded to include Facility Management. "This change, which is now being implemented, is being effected within Group Management. Operational activities are unaffected," says Jörgen Lindegaard.
