Sale of Radisson SAS real estate Hotel Amsterdam

Sale of Radisson SAS real estate Hotel Amsterdam SAS International Hotels (SIH) has, through its subsidiary SAS Hotels A/S Danmark, sold all shares in SAS Hotels N.V., the company which holds the real estate and operation of Radisson SAS Hotel Amsterdam. The sale is in line with SIH´s strategy to reduce its capital invested in real estate and focus primarily on hotel management and franchising. The gain on the sale amounts to approx. MSEK 150. The sale will have a positive net cash effect on MSEK 185.
