Sale of real estate in Radisson SAS Hotel Machester Airport

Sale of real estate in Radisson SAS Hotel Manchester Airport Rezidor SAS Hospitality (RSH) has, through its subsidiary SAS Hotel Manchester Ltd., sold the real estate of Radisson SAS Hotel Manchester Airport. The sale is in line with RSH's strategy to reduce its capital invested in real estate and focus on hotel management and franchising. During the last 2 years, the company has sold hotel real estates in London, Düsseldorf, Oslo and Amsterdam. RSH will continue to operate the Radisson SAS Hotel Manchester Airport, through a long-term lease agreement. Under this agreement RSH has a limited capital commitment and will maintain a substantial share of the operational gearing. The capital gain from the sale amounts to approximately 130 MSEK. The sale is expected to reduce SAS group net debt by approximately MSEK 580.
