Sale of real estate in Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel Oslo

Sale of real estate in Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel Oslo SAS International Hotels (SIH) has through its subsidiary SAS Royal Hotel AS sold the real estate of Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Oslo to Kommunal Landspensjonskasse. The gain from the sale amounts to approx. MNOK 250. The sale will have a positive net cash effect of approx. MNOK 460. The sale is in line with SIH's strategy to reduce its capital invested in real estate and focus primarily on hotel management and franchising. SIH will continue to operate Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Oslo through a long-term lease agreement. Under this agreement SIH has a limited capital commitment and will maintain a substantial share of the operational gearing.
