SAS appoints head of Scandinavian Flight Operations

SAS appoints head of Scandinavian Flight Operations Lars Mydland has been appointed Senior Vice President of Scandinavian Flight Operations. As head of Scandinavian Flight Operations Lars Mydland is also the "Nominated Postholder Flight Operations" and reports to Marie Ehrling who is "Accountable Manager", in her position as Executive Vice President Airline Operations. Lars Mydland is a MD80 captain and is presently head of SAS Flight Academy. He will resume his position on August 15, 2001.
