SAS divest in Equant N.V. second tranche On December 2, 1999 the SITA-Foundation divested part of its shares in Equant, the Dutch data-network provider, through a secondary public offering. On December 17, SAS participated in the tranche by selling approximately 265.000 Equant shares at a gross price of USD 90.91 per share. Through the sale SAS realises a book gain of approximately USD 23 million (approx. SEK 196 million). SAS remaining stake in Equant N.V. is 0.25 per cent. The value of this stake at current levels is approximately USD 45 million.
