SAS has completed its transaction on British Midland SAS has completed the transaction of selling a 20% share in British Midland plc. to Deutsche Lufthansa AG. SAS continues to hold a 20% share in British Midland Plc. The transaction is generating a sales proceed of MGBP 91,3 (MSEK 1 300) and a gain on sale of approximately MSEK 950. The profit will be booked in SAS Group's 2000 accounts.
