SAS year-end report for 1999 approved The SAS Consortium's year-end report for the 1999 fiscal year and the proposed disposition of earnings, which were presented at the SAS Board meeting held on February 17, 2000, were today approved by the SAS Assembly of Representatives. No changes were made to the three parent companies' preliminary year-end report for 1999, presented on February 17, 2000. General Meetings of Shareholders SAS Danmark A/S The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 12, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. in Tivoli's Concert Hall. SAS Norge ASA The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 12, 2000, at 4.00 p.m. at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel Oslo. SAS Sverige AB The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 13, 2000 at 5 p.m. in Uppropssalen, Stockholm Stock Exchange.
