Single share at SAS

Single share at SAS Together with the three Scandinavian government departments involved, the management of SAS has considered the issue of a new legal structure for SAS, involving a single exchanged-listed share. At a meeting held among the three ministers today in Copenhagen, they also met with the SAS Board presidium and SAS management for discussions regarding the status of, and continued work with, this issue. A group was appointed at the meeting, comprising the State Secretaries of each country, with the task, in cooperation with SAS, to more closely analyze certain consequences of a change in structure for SAS.
