The SAS Group Annual Report for 2001 approved

The SAS Group Annual Report for 2001 approved Information from the Board meeting in SAS AB: The SAS Group's and the Parent company SAS AB's Annual report for the fiscal year 2001 and the proposed disposition of earnings, which was presented at the Board meeting in SAS AB on March 13th, 2002, has today been approved. No changes were made to the SAS Group's preliminary year-end report for 2001, presented on February 12, 2002. A dividend from SAS Danmark A/S of MDKK 100 corresponding to MSEK 126,7 to the parent company SAS AB has been carried out. The net-income for SAS AB has therefore been changed with MSEK 126,7 compared with the preliminary year-end report, presented on February 12, 2002. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders The Ordinary Annual General Meeting in SAS AB will be held on April 17th, at 4 p.m. at Bern's salonger, Kammarsalen, in Stockholm.
