Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ): S&P BB rating gives potential to significantly reduce funding costs
S&P Global Ratings has announced today that Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget" or "the Company"), parent company of SBB i Norden AB (publ), has been assigned a BB rating with stable outlook. This is the Company’s second public rating from a leading credit rating agency and is a two step improvement over the first rating the company received in November 2017.

The rating highlights the Company’s high-quality and low-risk portfolio consisting of Swedish rental residentials and Nordic community service properties with strong cash flows, where municipalities or state ultimately guarantee the tenants.
