SBP Kredit AB (publ) (the “Company” or “SBP Kredit”) announced on 29 May 2026 that it will redeem in full all of its outstanding up to SEK 1,000,000,000 Secured Green Participating Debentures (Series B Fund Units) with ISIN SE0018015505 (the “Debentures”) in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Debentures (the “Early Redemption”). The Early Redemption was conditional upon the successful completion of the Company’s issuance of new secured loan notes in an amount of SEK 750,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000 as announced by the Company through a press release

SBP Kredit AB (publ) (the ”Company”) has issued new secured loan notes (ISIN: SE0029026095) of SEK 750,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000 (the “New Loan Notes”). The New Loan Notes have a tenor of 4.0 years with final maturity in June 2030 and carry an interest rate of 3 months STIBOR plus 350 basis points.
