SCAN BIDCO A/S PROVIDES AN UPDATE ON KEY FINANCIAL FIGURES FOR THE LAST TWELVE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON 30 JUNE 2016
Scan Bidco A/S (the “Issuer” or the “Group”) is a Danish public limited company with registration number DK-37521043 and the parent company of Scan Global Logistics Holding ApS (“Scan Global Logistics”).
The Issuer has issued two tranches of senior secured bonds, with ISIN NO0010768062 and NO0010768070, respectively.
Further to the acquisition of Scan Global Logistics which was completed on 2 August 2016, the Issuer is hereby providing an update on certain financial information for the Group for the last twelve month period ended on 30 June 2016 (the “LTM Period”). The financial information shown below is presented on a pro forma basis as if the Company had been under ownership of the Issuer for the entire LTM Period.
