    Payment of dividend resolved on by the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard AB (publ)

    At the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard earlier this year, it was resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid out in May and September 2024.   The annual general meeting on 3 May 2024 resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid in two equal payments of SEK 1.15 per share. The first instalment was paid out in May 2024. The record date for the second instalment is Friday, 20 September 2024. The second installment of the dividend will be paid out through Euroclear Sweden AB on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 (SEK 1.15 per share).

    Scandi Standard has agreed to acquire an integrated state-of-the-art poultry processor in Lithuania from a group of local entrepreneurs.     Scandi Standard proposes that the previously announced dividend of SEK 2.30 per share be paid in two instalments of SEK 1.15 per share. The record date for the first instalment is proposed to be Tuesday 7 May 2024 and the record date for the second instalment is proposed to be Friday 20 September 2024.     Scandi Standard (SCST SS) strengthens its ready-to-eat business through Finnish acquisition
