    On 13 August 2024, Scandi Standard AB (publ) (“Scandi Standard”) announced that it had agreed to acquire an integrated state-of-the-art poultry processor in Lithuania.   The closing conditions have now been satisfied and Scandi Standard has completed the acquisition.     Payment of dividend resolved on by the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard AB (publ)

    At the annual general meeting in Scandi Standard earlier this year, it was resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid out in May and September 2024.   The annual general meeting on 3 May 2024 resolved on a dividend of a total of SEK 2.30 per share to be paid in two equal payments of SEK 1.15 per share. The first instalment was paid out in May 2024. The record date for the second instalment is Friday, 20 September 2024. The second installment of the dividend will be paid out through Euroclear Sweden AB on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 (SEK 1.15 per share).

    Scandi Standard makes a strategic investment to prepare for future growth

    Scandi Standard has agreed to acquire an integrated state-of-the-art poultry processor in Lithuania from a group of local entrepreneurs. The transaction is expected to be completed during Q4 2024, at which point the acquired business will be transferred in an inactive state. The deal comprises an advanced processing plant, poultry farms, and land plots, which are all located in a favourable geographic location.     Scandi Standard proposes that dividend be paid in two instalments

    Scandi Standard proposes that the previously announced dividend of SEK 2.30 per share be paid in two instalments of SEK 1.15 per share. The record date for the first instalment is proposed to be Tuesday 7 May 2024 and the record date for the second instalment is proposed to be Friday 20 September 2024.     Scandi Standard (SCST SS) strengthens its ready-to-eat business through Finnish acquisition

    Scandi Standard AB’s (publ.)
