    Scandi Standard proposes that dividend be paid in two instalments

    Scandi Standard proposes that the previously announced dividend of SEK 2.30 per share be paid in two instalments of SEK 1.15 per share. The record date for the first instalment is proposed to be Tuesday 7 May 2024 and the record date for the second instalment is proposed to be Friday 20 September 2024. Otherwise, the dividend policy remains unchanged.  Historically, Scandi Standard has paid out the dividend on one occasion.     Scandi Standard (SCST SS) strengthens its ready-to-eat business through Finnish acquisition

    Scandi Standard AB’s (publ.) (“Scandi Standard” or the “Group”) Finnish subsidiary Naapurin Maalaiskana has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Landeli Oy Group’s ready-to-eat activities in Honkajoki (“Honkajoki”). In 2023 Honkajoki is expected to generate net sales of about MSEK 72 from about 1000 tonnes product weight, primarily based on chicken raw material.     Scandi Standard (SCST SS) enters into agreement to divest its 51% stake in Rokkedahl Food

    As part of its turnaround process for Denmark, Scandi Standard AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to divest its majority stake in Rokkedahl Food ApS (Rokkedahl Food) to the minority owner Rokkedahl Food Holding A/S, which is controlled by the Rokkedahl family. Rokkedahl Food operates a slaughterhouse in Denmark specialised in processing of organic and free-range birds. Rokkedahl Food’s products are currently being marketed in Denmark by Scandi Standard’s subsidiary Danpo A/S. Danpo A/S will continue to market organic and free range products in Denmark after the transaction.
