    Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (‘Astor Group’ or the ‘Company’) announces today, 12 December 2024, that its subsidiary Mikroponent AB (‘Mikroponent’) expands its production capacity in the Nordic region through the acquisition of the Finnish company Welas Oy Ltd (‘Welas’).
