Scout Gaming Group has entered into an agreement with Bet Entertainment Technologies to deliver the company's Daily Fantasy Sports platform.

The agreement gives Bet Entertainment Technologies full access to Scout Gaming's DFS platform enabling them to offer a complete Daily Fantasy Sports solution to all its customers in the international market.

Scout Gaming’s platform is expected to be integrated into their brands vivagol.tv and vivagol.com during the first half of 2020. Bet Entertainment Technologies holds a B2C license in Malta and has rapid growing operations in South America. The group is also active in Portugal with bet.pt, considered to be the largest sports operator in the jurisdiction.

“I’m pleased to reach a deal with the group of the market leader in Portugal, they have in very short time-frame been able to establish a leading position and they will surely perform well in the whole South America", comments Scout Gaming CEO, Andreas Ternstrom.

In connection to the agreement, Scout Gaming’s platform is expected to be integrated towards the SBTech platform. SBTech is currently undergoing a merger with DraftKings through the Nasdaq listed entity Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp.

The agreement is expected to have a moderate impact on Scout Gaming’s 2020 revenues but has the potential to have a significant effect on its revenues in future years, depending on the speed of rollout in the regions and the uptake of other products within the Scout Gaming offering.
