Accenture förvärvar Northstream och breddar sitt erbjudande inom strategisk rådgivning och transformation

STOCKHOLM; 5 augusti, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) har förvärvat Northstream för att bredda sin kompetens inom kommunikations- och nätverkstjänster.

Northstream som grundades 1998 fokuserar på områden där affär och mobil teknologi sammanstrålar. De hjälper operatörer och leverantörer av kommunikationstjänster att identifiera och tolka industritrender, anpassa sig till marknadsförändringar samt dra nytta av nya affärsmässiga och tekniska möjligheter.

Med djup branschkunskap och expertis inom strategisk affärsutveckling, utvärdering av tekniska systemlösningar och produkter, samt operativa transformationsprogram, hjälper Northstream sina kunder att utveckla innovativa affärsmodeller och att effektivisera verksamheter.

Genom förvärvet kommer Accenture bättre kunna möta den växande efterfrågan på kommunikations- och systemlösningar kopplade till bl.a. 5G och IoT samt större moderniserings- och digitaliseringsprogram och utveckling av nya operativa modeller. Northstreams ca 30 medarbetare kommer att bli en del av och förstärka Accentures konsulterbjudande inom Communications, Media & Technology.
