Accenture Interactive förvärvar danska kreativa byrån Hjaltelin Stahl

STOCKHOLM, 5 mars, 2019 – Accenture har ingått avtal om att förvärva danska Hjaltelin Stahl, en kreativ digital byrå specialiserad på kanalöverskridande marknadsföring och kundupplevelser. Den prisbelönta byrån kommer efter förvärvet att bli en del av Accenture Interactive, och därmed stärka Accenture Interactives verksamhet och erbjudande i Norden.

Hjaltelin Stahl grundades 2003 och är en av Danmarks största oberoende byråer. 2019 utsågs byrån till Danmarks bästa byrå för fjärde året i rad av Mylmage, en årlig undersökning där över 700 marknadsföringschefer deltar. Byrån är specialiserad på integrerad, kanalöverskridande marknadsföring, där skräddarsydd kommunikation tas fram för flera mediekanaler för att hjälpa företag som bl.a Arla, COOP, IKEA, Suzuki och Telia att utveckla marknadsföringskampanjer och digitala kundupplevelser. Hjaltelin Stahl har cirka 150 anställda, från kreatörer och visuella designers till producenter, tekniker och kommunikationskonsulter specialiserade på reklam, sociala kanaler, filmproduktion och automatiserad marknadsföring.

Norden är en tillväxtregion för Accenture Interactive, både vad gäller att fostra kreativ talang och expandera sitt digitala erbjudande. Nyligen presenterades Adam Kerj som ny kreativ chef för organisationen, och kort därefter förvärvades de kreativa byråerna The World Loves och Kaplan i Sverige. Accenture Interactive har även rankats som världens största digitala byrå av branschtidningen Ad Age.
