Ola Rollén released from detainment

Ola Rollén, President and CEO of Hexagon AB, will be released from detainment Saturday November 5 at the latest. Saturday October 29, Oslo District Court decided to hold Ola Rollén in detainment for one week, relating to allegations of insider trading regarding investments in Norwegian company Next Biometrics ASA in October 2015.

Rollén has given the following statement in relation to his release:

«For the past week I have, in hearings with the police, gone through the course of events leading up to the purchase of shares over the market and subsequent subscription of shares in Next Biometrics ASA. I feel confident that I am not guilty of any illegal insider trading. Going forward, I will fully cooperate with the Norwegian authorities in their investigations, and I hope for a swift conclusion. I am looking forward to resume my duties as CEO in Hexagon AB».
