Approval of AGN-application for reconstruction

The District Court of Gothenburg has approved the application for reconstruction submitted by AGN Haga AB on the 22nd of May 2023.This means that the reconstruction-process will now begin, and a court hearing is scheduled at the District Court in Gothenburg 9.30, June 19th, 2023.  In January 2023 AGN Haga was terminated by Trafikverket on the E04 Haga section but is still responsible for the construction of the E03 Kvarnberget section.
