Aligera Holding AB (publ) has been declared bankrupt

Aligera Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") has today been declared bankrupt by the district court of Borås (Sw. Borås tingsrätt).

Lars Wiking, advokat at Advokatfirma DLA Piper Sweden KB, Stockholm has been appointed as bankruptcy administrator.

The Company is the issuer of the SEK 500,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0005933231.

The Company's direct parent company, Aligera Vind AB, has today filed for bankruptcy at the district court of Stockholm (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt) and is expected to be declared bankrupt tomorrow.
