New Managing Director of Arctic Paper’s paper production in Sweden

Arctic Paper S.A. has appointed Kent Blom as the new managing Director of the Group's paper production in Sweden, which includes the two mills in Grycksbo and Munkedal. The current managing Director of Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB will retire by the summer of 2022, and at present the Group CFO is the Managing Director of Arctic Paper Munkedals AB and he will focus more on his tasks as CFO.

Kent Blom is 40 years old and lives in Örebro. He has extensive experience in production and production management from senior positions in Atlas Copco and Strängbetong. Most recently, Kent Blom came from the role of Managing Director in Meritor HVS AB, an engineering company that is a subcontractor to the automotive industry.

"Kent Blom has solid experience of industrial production and is well qualified to develop the business at our Swedish mills, where sustainability, new products and innovations in both graphic paper and packaging paper will be even more important in the future," says Michal Jarczyński, CEO of Arctic Paper S.A.

Kent Blom will take up his position in the spring of 2022.
