ATRIA KONCERN ABP OFFENTLIGGÖR PROSPEKTET
I dag Atria Koncern Abp offentliggör det av Finansinspektionen godkända
prospektet angående bolagets aktieemission. Prospektet på finska och på engelska
ska vara tillgängliga på Helsingfors Börs' kundservice på OMX Way, på
Fabiansgatan 14, 00130 Helsingfors och på teckningsplatser i Nordeas kontorer.
Det finska prospektet skall också vara tillgängligt i internet på Atrias hemsida
www.atria.fi/sijoita och på arrangörers hemsida www.nordea.fi/sijoita.
Aktieemissionen utförs som ett anbudsförfarande. Aktiens teckningspris är samma
i emission till allmänheten som i den institutionella emissionen, dock i
emission till allmänheten inte mer än 24 euro per aktie. I den institutionella
emissionen finns inget maximipris per aktie.
Emission till allmänhet inleds den 21.5.2007 klockan 9.30 och avslutas senast
den 29.5.2007 klockan 17.00. Den institutionella emissionens teckningsperiod
inleds den 21.5.2007 klockan 9.00 och avslutas senast den 30.5.2007 klockan
14.00.
Atria offentliggjorde villkor angående aktieemissionen den 18 Mai 2007.
