Europas fastighetsmarknad attraherar placerare Stabila kassaflöden på Europas fastighetsmarknad attraherar placerare. Hyresintäkter ger förutsägbara intäkter och hög direktavkastning på fastighetsaktier är vanligt. Därför introducerar nu fondbolaget Privilege Portfolio sin europeiska fastighetsfond i Sverige - European Property Fund -som investerar i börsnoterade fastighetsbolag i Europa. Det totala börsvärdet av alla noterade fastighetsbolag i Europa är 48,5 miljarder euro. Fonder får inte investera direkt i fastigheter, då fonders tillgångar måste vara likvida. Direktavkastningen i Privilege Portfolios europeiska fastighetsfond förväntas bli cirka 5,4 procent under 2003 och kan betalas ut direkt eller återinvesteras.
