BECCS - Innovations for the future

At KTH, we conduct world-class research and teaching in areas that have the potential to change the world. Sustainability is one important area where KTH develop innovations with global impact. In this film we present the BECCS technology - a unique system for bioenergy with carbon capture and storage. BECCS makes it possible to clear carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, creating negative emissions - an innovation with the potential to allow for our 2-degree target of acceptable climate change.
