Stark tillväxt för ETFer under 2011
Stockholm, 9 januari 2012 – iShares, BlackRocks (NYSE:BLK) plattform för börshandlade fonder och världens största leverantör av ETFer rapporterar idag ett starkt nettoinflöde av nytt kapital under 2011, trots utmanande makroekonomiska förhållanden. Det totala nettoinflödet i iShares ETFer var under 2011, i EMEA-regionen, 18 miljarder US dollar, en ökning med 43 procent från 2010 (12,6 miljarder US dollar).
iShares totala tillgångar under förvaltning ökade under perioden med 4 procent till 105,9 miljarder dollar per sista december 2011[1].
Totalt fångade iShares under 2011 över 70 procent av alla inflöden till marknaden för ETFer i EMEA-regionen, och bibehöll därmed sin marknadsledande position.[2] Intresset för fonder med fokus på amerikanska och tyska aktier samt företagsobligationer var särskilt stort.
