BrainCool AB (publ) - Exercise period for BrainCool’s warrants, BRAIN TO 3, 2019-2022, February 22 – March 8, 2021
As part of our agreement with L1 Capital, BrainCool has distributed free warrants to the company's shareholders to reduce dilution. During the period of February 22 – March 8, 2021, holders of BRAIN TO 3 warrants can exercise the warrants and subscribe for new shares. One (1) BRAIN TO 3 warrant can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of 2,77 SEK.
Holders of warrants who have their warrants nominee registered in the custody of a bank or broker shall contact their bank to exercise the warrants for subscription.
For directly registered warrant holders, subscription shall be made by filling in a completed application form and sending it to the issuing institution (Eminova Fondkommission) at the same time as payment is made. The application form and payment must be made to Eminova no later than March 8, 2021, at 15:00. Application form can be ordered from Eminova on info@eminova.se or 08-684 211 00.
-Subscription of shares on the basis of warrants BRAIN TO 3 may take place during the following periods:
- February 22, 2021 to March 8, 2021
- August 24, 2021 to September 7, 2021
- February 21, 2022 to March 7, 2022
-Holders of warrants series BRAIN TO 3, 2019 - 2022 at a total value of SEK 500,000 or more can always exercise the warrants for subscription of shares, i.e. from the listing date until March 7, 2022.
-Series BRAIN TO 3 series warrants have ISIN code SE0012481372.
