BrainCool AB (publ) postpones the Annual General Meeting

Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 and the difficulties with travel prevailing abroad, the Board of BrainCool, in consultation with new owners from Asia, has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting until June 30, 2020 at 14.00. The meeting will be held at the company's premises in Lund.
