BrainCool AB (publ) postpones the annual report to February 28

The Board of BrainCool AB (publ) has decided to postpone the publication of the company's annual financial statements regarding 2019.

The reasons for the decision are the organizational changes as well as the additional work caused by BrainCool's participation in the handling of the new share issue in the former subsidiary PolarCool.

Previously announced date was February 21, 2020. New date for publication has been set to February 28, 2020.
