BrainCool AB (publ) receives new order for IQool™ System in the state of Utah, USA

Yet another hospital has placed an order for an IQool™ System with a corresponding order value of about SEK 300,000 without the need for testing and evaluation.

This order is another sign that the product is accepted based on evidence and performance from other hospitals in the US and Europe. We expect to continue implementing the product in Utah and other states in the western United States during 2020.

CEO Martin Waleij comments:

This order was thus obtained without the need for testing and evaluation, which gives a clear signal on the value of the product for intensive care under the prevailing COVID-19 situation. Although the hospitals have closed for meetings/training during the month of April, they now open for quick installation and training, as the product has also handled fever patients with COVID-19 in other hospitals.
