BT GLOBAL SERVICES’ MANAGED SECURITY SOLUTIONS TAKES TOP HONORS IN ANNUAL BLACK BOOK REPORT BT Global Services today announced that its Security Services Group has received the highest rating overall among 65 of the world’s leading IT security services vendors in Datamonitor’s recently released Black Book of Outsourcing report. More than 1,600 current outsourcing customers participated in the study.
