Report this content

Reaktor ApS and Cassandra Oil AB have today agreed to amend the previous waste tire processing agreement. This was after a period of negotiations with raw material suppliers, buyers of oil and other end products as well as consultations with local authorities and Reaktor ApS’ funders.

As a result of above mentioned negotiations it has been agreed that Cassandra shall deliver two CASO processing plants, in order to reach target production volumes of interest, in particular for the renewable oil sector.

Cassandra will consequently sell two CASO processing plants to a Joint Venture company, in which Cassandra and Reaktor AsP will have agreed equity. The agreed price for each CASO plant is € 4.5 million.
