Croisette has for several years surveyed the industrial market in Sweden, focusing on Greater Stockholm, Skåne and Gothenburg.

For this year’s research report, Croisette has also included several regional cities that are becoming an increasingly attractive option both from a tenant perspective, but also from an investor perspective. The full report covers a total of 42,500,000 sq m spread across 379 different industrial areas with a total of 11,100 properties.
